The Parties

This agreement has been mutually accepted and entered into between "Goldsoft Yazılım Bilgi İşlem İletişim Teknolojileri ve Eğitim Hiz. San.Tic.Ltd.Şti." (hereinafter referred to as "GOLDSOFT"), located at Teknopark Ankara Serhat Mah. İOSB 2224. Cad. No:1 C-Blok Daire:214 Yenimahalle-ANKARA, and the User benefiting from the Alim Kids applications.

This agreement concerns individuals or institutions that are current users of Alim Kids.

This agreement will come into effect once users load the Alim Kids Application onto their devices.

If users wish to withdraw from the Alim Kids Application, it will be sufficient to uninstall the application.

Access to Device Information

When users install and log into the application, device information (such as whether the screen is on or off, and details regarding Internet access) can be accessed.

Use of Information

As GOLDSOFT, we do not store any personal data of the user in our data storage areas during the user's application usage periods. Information within the application (preferences) belonging to the user can be deleted from the device through actions such as resetting preferences or uninstalling the application.

Sharing of Information

As GOLDSOFT, it has been stated that no user information within the application is stored in our data storage areas. Based on this agreement, data that is not recorded will not be shared with third parties.

User Permissions

Permissions Required for the Application to Function Properly with the Device:

  • Internet Permission
    This permission is used for accessing services hosted on the institution's central server during the application's operation. The internet connection used for this access is the user's responsibility.
  • Storage Permission
    This permission allows for the storage of videos used within the application and the application's database on the device's memory.

Intellectual Property Rights

This User License Agreement ("ULA") is a legal contract between GOLDSOFT and individuals or organizations that use or benefit from Alim Kids as end users. This agreement includes materials derived from or created using the content of Alim Kids, including printed materials, online content, and all forms of electronic media.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to the terms of this ULA. If you do not agree with the terms of this ULA, do not use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

**SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE**: The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright law, international copyright treaties, and other intellectual property laws and agreements. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is not sold but is licensed.

By installing this product on your device and accepting this ULA, you acquire the following rights:

Service and Privacy Terms

If the terms of this ULA are violated, the ULA will be terminated. The user will accept all material and moral penalties resulting from this situation.

All titles and copyright rights related to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, including but not limited to any images, photos, animations, videos, audio, music, texts, and applications included in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, belong to GOLDSOFT.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international agreements.

No one may quote, use, or publish any part of Alim Kids in any form or medium without permission.

Unauthorized use of the work from GOLDSOFT, including quoting or using the work completely or partially in computer (CD, DVD, diskette, internet, etc.) and electronic media and in printed materials, will result in the perpetrator accepting material and moral compensation and penalties arising from the infringement.

All rights to Alim Kids are protected under the provisions of the "Law on the Protection of Intellectual and Artistic Works."

By copying, duplicating, or distributing this PRODUCT, which has been created with great effort, or by providing it to others for free or for a fee, you accept all material and moral liabilities related to the infringement of copyright.

Do not obtain or use our products through illegal means, or copy and distribute them. If you are using or distributing copies, we inform you that we will claim any material or moral rights arising from our service.

If you like our products and find the cost burdensome for yourself or those you wish to benefit, please contact us. We assure you that we will do everything necessary to ensure you and your acquaintances can benefit from our products as Licensed Users.
